WHAT IS FUSION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FDP)?

Fusion Development Program (FDP) is a year-round program for U7 and U8 Boys & Girls interested in transitioning from Recreation to Competitive Soccer. The goal is for each player to improve technical skills and have a head start when entering U9 competitive soccer. FDP places importance on individual player development rather than a win-at-all-costs mentality.

FDP IS FOR PLAYERS WHO:

Have previous playing experience and thoroughly enjoy the game of soccer

Have the focus and attention to further develop their soccer skills

Are engaged playing the game and demonstrate a willingness to compete

Understand the importance of respectful attendance and punctuality to all sessions

Have an interest in playing in the Competitive Program starting at U9

Fusion competitive staff will focus on individual player development to prepare them for the Competitive Program

Players will be introduced to a competitive learning environment through skill-based curriculum and organized games

FDP focuses on foundational skills to prepare players for the transition to Competitive soccer

Players will train in a team environment with professional staff and volunteer coaches to ensure a high coach-to-player ratio
